The initial idea for this lucky elephant was to break the stereotype of "lucky charms"—they're often perceived as either too old-fashioned or too serious, lacking the vibrancy that appeals to younger generations.
I've always loved the elephant image; its pronunciation is similar to "auspicious," inherently carrying blessings of peace and prosperity, and its round, plump form naturally evokes a sense of comfort. So, I juxtaposed traditional lucky elements with trendy toy styling: its upturned trunk hints at its playful nature, its drooping ears signal its cuteness, and the "lucky charm" amulet it clutches openly conveys its blessings—no need to guess, it's instantly recognizable.
After much deliberation over color choices, I finally settled on two versions: a gilded electroplated version and a milky white matte version. The gilded version is for those who like to be eye-catching and want good fortune to be "visible." The mirror-like electroplating shines under light, like tiny starlight and good fortune wrapped around the elephant, exuding an aura wherever it's placed. The milky white version is for those who prefer gentleness.
